There are five members of the Board of Directors, elected by the members of the Association, and who serve from the third week in March for two-year terms beginning and ending in the years indicated. The President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer of the Board are appointed by the Board of Directors. The Chair of the Architectural Control Committee is chosen by the Board of Directors.

The Board of Directors meets monthly on the third Thursday at 3:30 p.m. at 28441 Rancho California Rd., Suite 101, which is just west of Vincent Moraga Dr./Diaz Rd.
